Early Saturday morning, Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig was arrested for doing over 100 mph on the highway. So, presumably if you were doing the speed limit it would be a smart idea to get to fuck out of his way.
The 23 year-old Cuban sensation was clocked at 110 mph in a 70 mph zone.
That’s a paddlin’.
This was the second driving arrest for Puig this year, as he was arrested while still in the minors in Tennessee for driving 97 mph in a 50 mph zone.
I’m not going to subject you to a scathing public enemy number one column as if I were some douchejuice like Mike Lupica. But, c’mon Yasiel.
You have the world in the palm of your hand. You didn’t kill anyone, but all you need is some Sunday driver to not check their mirrors and you go to jail for vehicular homicide.
If you have such a need for speed, try getting to practice on time or running every ground ball out.
