We Have Rights! Pervert Claims Upskirt Photos Are Legal

When the Founding Fathers met in Philadelphia in 1789 to construct the Bill of Rights, I doubt they ever figured this would apply.

An Andover, Massachusetts scumbag is claiming that his proclivity to snap cellphone pictures under the skirts of unsuspecting women is his god given right. Hard to believe, but Michael Robertson is claiming the all mighty first amendment is on his side.

It started in 2010 when Robertson was arrested on on the Green Line Subway when he channeled his inner Costanza and “took a good look” at some female commuters. One of them happened to be an undercover police officer, who took the amateur photographer into custody.

Through it all, Robertson confirms the events did indeed happen, but adds a slimy twist. He claims women in skirts, blouses, and presumably anything are fair game in public forums for rejects of society like himself. His free speech right allows him to peep with pure unadulterated wonderment he claims.

Now he’s taking his case to the Massachucetts Supreme Court. Frequently, the unified battle cry from the public is that courts waste time and taxpayer money on irrelevant nonsense. If this isn’t a perfect example, then lord knows what is.

Thomas Jefferson and James Madison must be rolling in their graves.
